  • Pat dry chicken breast and generously season both sides with salt, black pepper and chili powder.Transfer chicken onto an oven tray lined with a baking mat and bake in the center of the oven for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until cooked (internal temp should be 165F). NoteĀ - if you prefer the chicken to be browned, move the tray rack about 6 inches away from the heating element and switch the oven to broil. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until the desired texture is reached.

  • In the meantime, grate garlic with a grater or garlic press.
