Ingredients

Baked Chicken

  • 1 lbs Chicken Breast Boneless and Skinless
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Chili Powder
  • Parsley optional garnish
  • Lemon Slices optional garnish

Dipping Sauce

  • 4 tbsp Mayo
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Clove Garlic grated
  • 2 tsp Sriracha

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.

  • Pat dry chicken breast and generously season both sides with salt, black pepper and chili powder.Transfer chicken onto an oven tray lined with a baking mat and bake in the center of the oven for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until cooked (internal temp should be 165F). Note - if you prefer the chicken to be browned, move the tray rack about 6 inches away from the heating element and switch the oven to broil. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until the desired texture is reached.

  • In the meantime, grate garlic with a grater or garlic press.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine grated garlic, mayo, lemon juice and sriracha.

  • Transfer baked chicken to a serving plate and serve with dipping sauce. Top chicken with optional garnish.
