Ingredients
Baked Chicken
1lbsChicken Breast Boneless and Skinless
1/4tspSalt
1/4tspBlack Pepper
1/4tspChili Powder
Parsleyoptional garnish

Dipping Sauce

2tspLemon Juice

Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Pat dry chicken breast and generously season both sides with salt, black pepper and chili powder.Transfer chicken onto an oven tray lined with a baking mat and bake in the center of the oven for 10 minutes. Flip the chicken and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until cooked (internal temp should be 165F). Note - if you prefer the chicken to be browned, move the tray rack about 6 inches away from the heating element and switch the oven to broil. Cook for 2-4 minutes or until the desired texture is reached.
In the meantime, grate garlic with a grater or garlic press.
In a mixing bowl, combine grated garlic, mayo, lemon juice and sriracha.
Transfer baked chicken to a serving plate and serve with dipping sauce. Top chicken with optional garnish.
