  • 1 lbs Ground Beef
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Onions chopped

  • 1/4 Cup Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
    Oven being preheated.
  • Chop onions and set aside.

  • Cut the tops off the bell peppers, remove the seeds with a spoon and add bell peppers into a baking dish as shown below. Note - The easiest way to do this is to cut the bell peppers about a half-inch from the top and gently pull the top off.

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder and mix well.

  • In a large mixing bowl, add ground beef and combine half the seasoning and mix. Once completed, combine the other half of the seasoning and mix. Note - we add the seasoning in stages to ensure even distribution.

  • In a large frying pan, add seasoned ground beef and chopped onions over medium-high heat, break apart the meat with a spatula and cook for 3 minutes or until browned.

  • Once the ground beef is cooked, add to a clean mixing bowl and combine well with feta cheese as shown below.

  • Stuff the ground beef mixture into the bell peppers from step 3). Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes or until preferred bell pepper tenderness.
