- 4 Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms can sub with hydrated dried shiitake
- 2 Clove Garlic
- 1 Stalk Green Onion
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil neutral, no flavor or taste
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds optional garnish
- 1 Chili Pepper optional garnish

- Gather all the ingredients.
- Chop shiitake mushroom and green onions as shown below.
