- 1 1/2 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
- 1/4 Cup Whipping Cream
- 2 tbsp Half and Half
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine sweetener and cream cheese. Beat on high until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes with a hand mixer. Then, add half and half and heavy whipping cream to the mixing bowl and beat until thick, frothy,but still slightly runny, also about 2 minutes with a hand mixer.
- In a high powered blender, add milk, frozen strawberries, sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice. Blend on high until smooth and transfer to a serving cup.
- Spoon whipped cream mixture on top of smoothie and enjoy!
