  • Milk – can also use your choice of milk or milk alternative. Coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk, oat milk etc.
  • Frozen Strawberry – frozen is best to ensure a thick and creamy smoothie.
  • Sweetener – use your preferred sweetener.
  • Vanilla Extract – concentrated flavors of Vanilla found in baking section of grocery stores.
  • Cream Cheese – block cream cheese at room temperature.
  • Whipping Cream – can use heavy cream or heavy whipping cream.

Additional Add Ins

Enhance your tea experience by adding some Boba to your drink. Easily found at most Chinese grocery stores, these ready-made boba pearls can be boiled in water and added to the bottom of your cup.

🍓 Frozen Strawberry Note

If you don’t have frozen strawberries, you can easily make them at home. Just remove the tops and place the strawberries in a zip lock bag for 6 Hours in the Freezer.

Step 1 Beat the cheese foam ingredients, cream cheese, sweetener, whipping cream, and half and half until soft peaks form.

Step 2  Blend the smoothie ingredients, milk, frozen strawberries, sweetener, and vanilla extract until smooth, then pour the mixture into a tall glass.a

  • 2/3 Cup Frozen Strawberry
  • 1/4 Cup Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Ice

  • 1 1/2 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 1/4 Cup Whipping Cream
  • 2 tbsp Half and Half

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine sweetener and cream cheese. Beat on high until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes with a hand mixer. Then, add half and half and heavy whipping cream to the mixing bowl and beat until thick, frothy,but still slightly runny, also about 2 minutes with a hand mixer.

  • In a high powered blender, add milk, frozen strawberries, sweetener, vanilla extract, and ice. Blend on high until smooth and transfer to a serving cup.

  1. So the ingredients lists cream cheese, sweetener, whipping creme and milk… but the instructions says add the half and half… but never adds the milk to the cheese foam. I’m -assuming- half and half should be milk?
