Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee – strong dark roast instant coffee works best. We recommend Starbucks Premium Instant Coffee.
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream – heavy cream or heavy whipping cream.
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder – unsweetened Cocoa Powder.
  • 3 tbsp Sweetener – use your preferred sweetener.
  • 1 Cup Ice – standard ice cubes.

Additional Toppings

Consider drizzling Chocolate Syrup or Caramel for an indulgent twist. A sprinkle of Cinnamon Powder or a touch of Honey can elevate the flavor to suit your preferences.

  1. Can I use the Lakanto drinking chocolate for the cocoa powder?

    • Mark Iwadare

Hello! I’ve never used that particular product, so can’t be for sure, but I would think you can sub it. Just make sure to lessen/eliminate the amount of monkfruit blend the recipe calls for since that product already has sweetener mixed in.

  2. How do you figure 7 carbs with 3 TBSP monk fruit sweetener?

  3. What if you dont have heavy cream

    • Mark Iwadare

Hi – Unfortunately, I don’t think there is a suitable replacement for heavy cream, so you will have to pick some up to make this recipe.
