Essential Kitchen Equipment
Directions
☑ Before Getting Started
For best results, use a Wok or Deep Skillet. This choice of cookware enables you to retain maximum heat during the cooking process and ample space.
Step 1 First, to make the green sauce, add cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, garlic cloves, salt, and pepper into a food processor, and pulse until combined.
Step 2 Pat your salmon dry to remove any excess moisture, then season generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat oil in a skillet until it reaches temperature, then carefully add the salmon, breaking it into smaller, flaky pieces as it cooks. Once the salmon is cooked, set it aside.
Step 3 In a large skillet, add the cauliflower rice and cook over medium-high heat. After a few minutes, add back in the salmon and the green sauce and stir-fry.
🧂 Extra Seasoning Pro Tip
For an extra burst of flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of Salt or Tajin to enhance the seasoning.
