  • Mushrooms – sliced common white button mushrooms. Cal also use cremini, baby bella mushrooms or fresh shiitake mushrooms.
  • Onions – sliced brown or yellow onions.
  • Neutral Oil no taste or flavor with high cooking temperature. Some choices are sunflower oil, peanut oil, sallower oil, vegetable oil, and canola oil.
  • Butter – salted or unsalted butter will both work.
  • Soy Sauce – low-sodium Soy Sauce preferred. Can also use tamari for gluten-free.
  • Lemon Juice – freshly squeezed lemon juice.
  • Sweetener – use your preferred sweetener.
  • Green Onion freshly chopped green onions scallions.

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 tsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 1 Green Onion

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
