- 1/8 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/8 tsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
- 1 Green Onion

- Clean and slice mushrooms and onions, and chop green onions.
- Combine soy sauce, lemon juice and sweetener in a small mixing bowl.
- Add cooking oil to a large frying pan or wok. Once the oil is up to temperature, adjust the temperature to medium, add in sliced onions and cook until fragrant, about 20-30 seconds.
