1/2CupMushroomssliced
1/3CupOnionssliced
1tbspCooking Oilneutral, no flavor or taste
1tbspButter
1/2tspSoy Sauce
1/8tspLemon Juice
1/8tspSweeteneryour preferred sweetener

Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Clean and slice mushrooms and onions, and chop green onions.
Combine soy sauce, lemon juice and sweetener in a small mixing bowl.
Add cooking oil to a large frying pan or wok. Once the oil is up to temperature, adjust the temperature to medium, add in sliced onions and cook until fragrant, about 20-30 seconds.
Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute until slightly softened.
Add butter and cook mushrooms until a brown glaze forms, about 1 minute. Transfer to a serving plate, pour the sauce from step 3) on top, and garnish with chopped green onions.
