Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/3 Cup Onions sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil neutral, no flavor or taste
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/8 tsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 1 Green Onion

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Clean and slice mushrooms and onions, and chop green onions.

  • Combine soy sauce, lemon juice and sweetener in a small mixing bowl.

  • Add cooking oil to a large frying pan or wok. Once the oil is up to temperature, adjust the temperature to medium, add in sliced onions and cook until fragrant, about 20-30 seconds.

  • Add mushrooms and cook for 1 minute until slightly softened.

  • Add butter and cook mushrooms until a brown glaze forms, about 1 minute. Transfer to a serving plate, pour the sauce from step 3) on top, and garnish with chopped green onions.
