Why I Love This Recipe

I crafted this Rice Vinaigrette Dressing as a quick and easy way to add delicious, one-of-a-kind flavor to any salad! Made with a base of rice vinegar and sweetener, this dressing is tangy, sweet, and just a bit peppery similar to a Chinese Chicken Salad Dressing – perfect for pairing with all kinds of greens like lettuce or cabbage. It’s a recipe my mom used for her Ramen Cabbage Salad and Asian Cabbage Salad, one of my all-time favorites, and it’s something you just can’t find in stores!

The best part? It takes just a minute to make and can be stored for weeks, so you can enjoy it whenever you like. This dressing is a must-have for anyone who loves to make homemade, flavorful dressings—trust me, you’ll be hooked after the first bite!
