Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Chop green onions and slice garlic as shown below.

  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine neutral cooking oil and sliced garlic. Microwave for 90-120 seconds until garlic is browned. Remove garlic from oil and set aside.

  • In a stove top pot, add enough water to submerge noodles from Immi Ramen Package. Bring to a boil, add in noodles and cook for 5 minutes.

  • In a separate stove top pot, add 1 cup of water, immi Ramen Seasoning, Toasted Sesame Oil, Chili Oil, mix and bring to a soft boil. Once soft boiling, reduce heat to simmer/keep warm and cover.

  • After 5 minutes have passed from step 5), transfer noodles to the stove top pot with ramen broth and let it simmer in the broth for 2 minutes covered. Note - for maximum flavor, you can let noodles simmer for up to 4-5 minutes.
