I’m concerned about the actual carb count since it has calories and is a grain. Also, is it gluten-free??

    • Mark Iwadare

Hello – the calories is actually 0 kcal, but the recipe card has to show minimum 10 due to Google’s restrictions on it. So net carb is 0 as well. I also believe mugicha does have gluten. So if you can’t have gluten, you may want to give cold hojicha (roasted green tea) a try instead.
