Frequently Asked Questions
Can I adjust the spice level of the jalapeno poppers?
Absolutely! You can control the spiciness by removing some or all of the jalapeno seeds before filling them with the egg mixture. Leaving seeds in will make it more spicy as removing all the seeds will tame the recipe.
Can I make these ahead of time?
Yes, you can prepare the jalapeno poppers in advance and store them in the refrigerator. Simply reheat them in the oven or microwave when ready to serve.
How long do I bake the jalapeno poppers?
Bake them in a preheated oven at 325°F for about 12-16 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the jalapenos are tender.
Storage Tips
To preserve leftovers, store them in an airtight container and place them in the refrigerator, where will hold fresh for 3-5 days.
