Why I Love This Recipe

What makes my recipe so special is my take on a Japanese-style twist of a classic mixed seafood pasta, featuring a creamy white wine sauce! I combines a medley of frozen seafood slowly simmered in white wine and clam juice, then enriched with cream and served over freshly cooked spaghetti! It’s reminiscent of my Tarako Spaghetti and Vongole Clam Pasta, which is always a hit on our dinner table!

This pasta is perfect for anyone seeking a light and delightful lunch or dinner, offering a taste of the sea with its creamy and briny flavors. If you’re looking for an easy and affordable way to enjoy seafood pasta at home using all-natural ingredients, this recipe is a must-try! So, why wait? ♨️ Boiling Spaghetti Pro Tip

For perfect spaghetti, remember to add a Pinch of Salt to the boiling water and use a Spacious Pot for even cooking.

🍝 Spaghetti Pro Tip

Ensure that the spaghetti or pasta you’re using is Thoroughly Drained of any cooking water, as excess water can dilute the cream sauce, affecting the dish’s overall consistency and flavor.

Step 2 In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and soy sauce to create a creamy sauce.

Step 3 In a skillet, melt butter and sauté diced onions until browned. Add the seafood mix, garlic, white wine, and clam brine, simmer until the liquid reduces and thickens, approximately 5-7 minutes. Pour the cream sauce into the skillet, mix well and then drizzle the seafood cream sauce over your cooked pasta of choice.

🍝 Garnishing Pro Tip

Pairing Recommendations

Consider pairing your mixed Seafood Pasta with a simple vegetable dish like Stir Fry Bean Sprouts or Garlic Kale Stir Fry. These light-flavored vegetables will provide a nice contrast to the creamy pasta. Additionally, serve a briny Clam Miso Soup on the side to complement the seafood flavors.
