16ozFrozen Seafood Mixpreferably squid, bay scallops/clams and shrimp
2tbspChopped Onion
2ClovesGarlic
1tbspButter
2tbspWhite Wine
1/2CupClam Juice
1/4CupHeavy Cream
1 1/2tspSoy Sauce
1/8tspBlack Pepper
Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Dice onions and mince garlic.
Combine heavy cream and soy sauce in a small mixing bowl.
Follow the package instructions to cook the spaghetti, then drain the cooked spaghetti and place on serving plate. If using shirataki noodles, cook noodles for 2 minutes. Note - ensure the spaghetti is well strained of any water.
Preheat a large fry pan on high heat for about 1 minute and then add butter and diced onions. Cook until onions turn lightly brown and fragrant (about 1-1.5 minutes).
Combine thawed seafood mix, minced garlic, white wine, and clam juice. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the seafood is fully cooked and most of the liquid evaporates, about 5-7 minutes. Then, blend in the cream sauce and pour it over the spaghetti.
