Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1/4 Cup Bay Scallops
  • 1/2 Cup Asparagus trimmed, chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 4 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • 1/4 tsp Parsley optional, freshly chopped

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Chop asparagus into 1 inch pieces.

  • Preheat olive oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 10-15 seconds until fragrant.

  • Next, add the shrimp and scallops and cook for 1 minute. Then, add in the chopped asparagus and butter, and cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink throughout.
