Ingredients
Chicken
1/2lbChicken Thighcan sub with chicken breast

3/8tspSaltabout 75% of 1/2 tsp
1/4tspBlack Pepper
1/2tspGarlic Powder
1/4tspCayenne Pepper

Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Mince garlic and set aside.
Chop green onions and set aside.
Cut chicken into bite-size cubes and add it into a mixing bowl.
In another small mixing bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and then toss seasoning into the chicken.
In a large fry pan, add 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil and minced garlic on medium heat. Cook the garlic until light golden brown, which will take about 90-120 seconds. Once done, use a slotted spatula to remove only the garlic and set aside.
Using the same fry pan, add 1 tbsp of cooking oil and bring up to temp on high heat. Once up to temp, reduce heat to medium-high, add in chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes while occasionally stirring or until chicken is browned.
Once the chicken is done, use a slotted spatula to transfer the chicken to a serving plate. Sprinkle on crispy minced garlic and chopped green onions.
