1/2CupFresh Shiitake Mushroomsabout 3 oz, sliced
1/4CupOnionssliced
1/4CupBell Pepperssliced
1 1/2tbspCooking Oilneutral no flavor

Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Slice onions, bell pepper, shiitake mushrooms and chop fresh green onions.
In a mixing bowl, combine ponzu, sweetener and black pepper. Set sauce aside for later use.
In a wok or a large skillet, heat oil over high heat until it reaches temperature. Once the oil is preheated, add sliced bell peppers and onions and cook for 1-2 minute until softened.
Add sliced shiitake mushrooms and cook for another minute. Then, add butter and cook until it melts and coats the contents inside.
