  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms about 3 oz, sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Onions sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cooking Oil neutral no flavor
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Ponzu
  • 1/2 tsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 1 Stalk Green Onion

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Slice onions, bell pepper, shiitake mushrooms and chop fresh green onions.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ponzu, sweetener and black pepper. Set sauce aside for later use.

  • In a wok or a large skillet, heat oil over high heat until it reaches temperature. Once the oil is preheated, add sliced bell peppers and onions and cook for 1-2 minute until softened.
