Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Cup Seafood Mix
  • 1/4 Cup White Wine
  • 3 Cups Rice rice of choice
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Grate garlic with a grater or mince and set aside.

  • In a frying pan, add frozen seafood mix and white wine. Cook for 3-5 minutes on high heat until most of the liquid has evaporated. Transfer to holding bowl once done.

  • Using the same frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Once the butter is melted, stir in rice and cook until tender, approximately 1-2 minutes.

  • After 3 minutes, stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, grated garlic, nutmeg and cooked seafood mix. Cook for 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and mixed in thoroughly.

  • Transfer to a serving bowl and serve hot!
