  • 1 Whole Peach ripened
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 3 1/2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Peel off skin and remove pit from peach. You can either slice or chop peaches into cubes, either way set aside once done.

  • In a small saucepan, combine peaches, sweetener, and 3 1/2 tablespoons of water. Note - adjust sweetener amount based on peach ripeness, using 3-4 tablespoons if needed. Cook over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to low. Stir often and gently crush peaches with a soft spatula until a syrupy sauce forms, about 10-15 minutes. Set aside to cool.

  • Once cooled, pulse in a food processor or blender until smooth. Set aside to cool.
