Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1.5 fl oz Rum white
  • 1 fl oz Carbonated Water
  • 1/8 tsp Orange Zest
  • 1 Slice Orange Peel
  • Cubes Ice optional

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • To prepare the simple syrup, combine water with sweetener in a saucepan and bring it to a soft boil. Then, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool.

  • Prepare orange zest, orange peels and place into the cocktail cup.

  • Combine simple syrup and carbonated water and mix well. Then add choice of rum, garnish with additional orange slice and optional ice. Note – make sure you occasional stir as the sweet syrup tends to sink to the bottom of the glass.
