12ozHot Water
2tspJasmine, Oolong, Black Loose Leaf Tea
5-7CubesIce
1 1/2tbspSweeteneryour preferred sweetener
2tbspHalf n Half
Matcha Foam Cream Cheese
1 1/2ozCream Cheeseroom temperature
1 1/2tbspSweeteneryour preferred sweetener
1tspMatcha Powder
1/4tspSea Salt
1/4CupHalf and Half
1/4CupWhipping Cream
Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
In a medium mixing bowl, add sweetener and cream cheese. Beat on high until smooth and creamy. About 1 minute with a hand mixer. Next add matcha powder, sea salt, half and half and heavy whipping cream to the mixing bowl and beat until thick and frothy but still slightly runny. About 2-3 minutes with a hand mixer.
Put oolong, jasmine or black tea Leaves in the teapot, and pour in boiling water. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. The longer you steep the stronger and bolder the tea will be.
Once brewed, transfer the tea into a serving cup. Add in sweetener, ice, half n half and mix well until tea is cold. Spoon whipped matcha foam on top and enjoy!
