Iced Matcha

  • 1 1/2 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 2 tbsp Hot Water
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 3/4 Cup Milk cold milk of choice

Matcha Cream Foam

  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Matcha Powder
  • 1 tsp Sweetener

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Combine heavy cream, matcha powder and sweetener in a mixing bowl. Use a frother or a hand mixer and beat on high until it reaches a thick and frothy consistency with soft peaks, typically taking about 30-45 seconds.
