Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Add Japanese sake to a skillet and let it boil for 15-20 seconds.
Combine boiled sake, sweetener, miso, chili oil and grated garlic in a mixing bowl.
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat, add the shrimp, cover the pot, and let them poach for 90-120 seconds, or until the shrimp turns pink.
