Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Pat the steak dry as needed, then season it with salt and black pepper.
Combine chopped onions, ginger, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sweetener, lemon juice, and zest in a food processor. Blend for 20-30 seconds to prepare the sauce.
Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl for 20-30 seconds. Stir in grated garlic and set it aside.
Preheat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for 20-30 seconds per side for Medium-Rare, 30-40 seconds per side for Medium, 40-50 seconds per side for Medium-Well, and 50+ seconds per side for Well-Done. After flipping, add garlic butter and continue cooking until preferred doneness.
Slice the steak into cubes after allowing it to rest, then serve it with the prepared ginger sauce.
