Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Combine ginger, onions, garlic, sweetener, Japanese sake, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil into a food process and grind until well combined.
Preheat oil in a wok. Once oil is preheated, add thinly sliced pork and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Pour in the sauce, stir well to coat, and cook for another 30-45 seconds. Then, plate the stir-fry along with excess sauce and garnish with toasted sesames and green onions before serving.
