Ingredients

Pork Stir Fry

  • 1/2 lbs Pork Shoulder thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil neutral, no flavor or taste
  • 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Seed optional garnish
  • 1/2 Stalk Green Onions chopped, optional garnish

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Ginger loosely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Onion loosely chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 3 tbsp Japanese sake
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
    Ingredients to make ginger pork stir fry on the countertop.
  • Combine ginger, onions, garlic, sweetener, Japanese sake, soy sauce and toasted sesame oil into a food process and grind until well combined.

  • Preheat oil in a wok. Once oil is preheated, add thinly sliced pork and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

  • Pour in the sauce, stir well to coat, and cook for another 30-45 seconds. Then, plate the stir-fry along with excess sauce and garnish with toasted sesames and green onions before serving.
