Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Loose Leaf Tea Green, Black, Jasmine or Oolong
  • 10 oz Water hot
  • 2 tbsp Milk can sub with half n half
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 1 Cup Ice

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients.
    Ingredients for homemade milk tea.
  • Put Tea Leaves in the teapot, and pour in the boiling water. Let steep for 3-5 minutes. The longer you steep the stronger and bolder the tea will be. Note - don't over steep, otherwise the tea will become bitter.

  • Add sweetener and mix well.
    Tea in a cup.
  • Fill glass with ice cubes.
    Iced tea in a cup.
  • Pour in heavy cream and mix well.
