Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, grated garlic, lemon juice, paprika, lemon pepper, and Old Bay seasoning to make the aioli sauce.
For the shrimp seasoning, mix lemon pepper and Old Bay seasoning in a separate bowl.
Add the defrosted shrimp, keeping the tails on, into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle in half of the seasoning, toss to coat, then add the remaining seasoning and toss again for an even coating.
Skewer the seasoned shrimp onto grilling skewers. Grill on a preheated grill at 350°F over medium-low heat, with the lid closed, for 2-3 minutes per side, until the shrimp turns pink and opaque. Serve with the aioli dipping sauce.
