Ingredients

Shrimp

  • 1 lbs Shrimp peeled and tail on
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1 tsp Parsley chopped, optional garnish

Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Mayo
  • 1 Clove Garlic grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayo, grated garlic, lemon juice, paprika, lemon pepper, and Old Bay seasoning to make the aioli sauce.

  • For the shrimp seasoning, mix lemon pepper and Old Bay seasoning in a separate bowl.

  • Add the defrosted shrimp, keeping the tails on, into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle in half of the seasoning, toss to coat, then add the remaining seasoning and toss again for an even coating.

  • Skewer the seasoned shrimp onto grilling skewers. Grill on a preheated grill at 350°F over medium-low heat, with the lid closed, for 2-3 minutes per side, until the shrimp turns pink and opaque. Serve with the aioli dipping sauce.
