Ingredients
2Whole Zucchini Squash
1/2Whole Onionyellow or brown
1/2CupCommon Mushroomssliced, about 4-5 mushrooms
3Garlic Clove
2tbspButter
2tbspCooking Oilneutral, no flavor or taste
1/4tspSalt
1/4tspBlack Pepper
1/4tspToasted Sesame Seeds
Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Slice onions, mushrooms and zucchini.
Place butter in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until butter is just melted (about 20-30 seconds). Mix in grated garlic with the melted butter and set aside. Note - you can make extra and store this garlic butter mixture in the fridge.
In a fry pan, add cooking oil and bring up to temp on high heat. Once up to temp, add sliced onions and cook for about 10-15 seconds or until onions are fragrant.
Add in the sliced zucchini and cook for an additional 2-3 minute until slightly softened. Next, add in the sliced mushroom, sprinkle salt and black pepper and cook for 1-2 more minutes or until zucchinis are to preferred tenderness.
Once vegetables reach preferred tenderness, add in the garlic butter and cook until the garlic butter is completed mixed in. Transfer to a serving place, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds and enjoy hot!
