Ingredients

  • 4 oz Spaghetti
  • 7 oz Enoki Mushroom 1 pack
  • 4 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/3 Cup White Wine dry, not sweet
  • 2/3 Cup Chicken Broth full flavor
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice optional
  • 1/8 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Cook your spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.

  • Trim the roots off the enoki mushrooms, wash them well, and break them into smaller, bite-sized bunches.

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic, white wine, chicken broth, soy sauce, and black pepper. Bring it to a boil and let it cook for 2 minutes.

  • Stir in the enoki mushrooms, lower the heat to simmer, and cover partially. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, or until the mushrooms reach your preferred texture.
