1/2lbPork Belly
1tspSweeteneryour preferred sweetener
1tspGarlic Powder
1/4tspSalt
1/4tspBlack Pepper
1Stalk Green Onion
Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, combine sweetener, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning onto the pork belly.
Place entire pork belly into the air fryer and cook at 360F for 16-18 minutes. Note - you may want to place a lid or covering on top of the pork belly to prevent grease from splattering on the heating element.
In the meantime, finely chop green onions and set aside.
Once pork belly are done, slice pork belly into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thickness, transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle on green onions.
