1 1/2CupsHeavy Cream
2tbspButter
1/4CupSweeteneryour preferred sweetener
1/3CupCocoa Powder
Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Using a large frying pan, add heavy whipping cream, sweetener and butter on medium and heat to a slight boil. Once boiling, simmer for 15-20 minutes or more until thickened. Note - using a large frying pan will shorten this process rather than using a sauce pan.
Next, remove the mixture from heat and pour into a mixing bowl. Sift cocoa powder on top of the mixture and combine with a whisk.
Line your molding dish with saran/plastic wrap, sprinkle cocoa powder on the bottom, and pour the mixture into the dish. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
When hardened, dust cocoa powder on top, cut into squares and serve.
