Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
In a small food processor combine mayonnaise, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Worchestershire, lemon juice, mustard, anchovy fillets, salt and pepper.
Pulse processor until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Note - It’s important to dry lettuce very well with a salad spinner before tossing. Any water left on lettuce causes the dressing to become watery and alters texture.
