1lbChicken Breast
1/3CupRed Bell Peppersliced, about 1/2 of a bell pepper
1/4CupOnionsliced, about 1/4 of a medium sized onion
1Stick Celerychopped
1tbspCooking Oilneutral, no flavor or taste
1/8tspSalt
1/8tspBlack Pepper
1/4tspToasted Sesame Seedsoptional
Sauce
1 1/2tbspSoy Sauce
1tbspOyster Sauce
3/4tspBlack Pepper
1/4tspGarlic Powder
1/4tspSweeteneryour preferred sweetener
1tbspChicken Broth
Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Chop chicken breast into bite-size cubes, sprinkle salt and black pepper and set aside.
Slice red bell pepper, onions, and chop celery as shown below.
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, sweetener, and chicken broth. Mix well and set aside.
In a deep frying pan or Wok, add neutral cooking oil and bring up to temp on high heat. Once up to temp and the oil is lightly smoking, add cubed chicken and cook for 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add red bell pepper, onions, and celery. Cook until chicken is cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Once chicken is cooked, add in the sauce. Combine well and then transfer to a serving plate. Top with optional toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
