Ingredients

  • 1 lbs Ground Beef
  • 3 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp Liquid Smoke

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetener, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, stir together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid smoke.

  • Add the ground beef to another bowl, then mix in half of the dry and wet ingredients. Once well combined, add the remaining half and continue mixing until fully incorporated.

  • Fill the jerky gun with the beef mixture and shape the jerky into strips on a baking rack. Place the rack on a baking pan to catch any drippings from the dehydrating process.

  • Bake at 300°F for 10 minutes, then open the oven door slightly to allow moisture to escape. Reduce the oven temperature to 170°F and continue dehydrating for 2.5 hours with the door ajar.
