Cut bacon vertically into 4 equal parts. You should end up with roughly twelve 2" bacon slices.
Cut asparagus into 2 inch lengths.
Place 2-4 pieces of asparagus onto the bacon piece and roll up asparagus with bacon. Once rolled, place a toothpick through the asparagus to maintain shape throughout cooking (try to keep the conjoining point on the bottom to help maintain shape).
Place bacon on silicon baking mat (or oil coated aluminum foil) and bake for 10-14 minutes.
Thinly slice 12 slices of garlic cloves. In a small fry pan, add oil and garlic on medium heat. Cook until browned on both sides (about 2-3 minutes) and transfer to a holding bowl.
Once bacon is baked, remove toothpicks and transfer to a serving plate. Top with a drop of sriracha and fried garlic.
