Air Fried Salt n Vinegar Zucchini Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 Zucchini Squash
  • 1/4 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
    Ingredients to make zucchini chips on the countertop.
  • Use a slicer/mandoline to thinly slice zucchini as shown below. Note - you can use a knife but make sure the cuts are thin.

  • Take the sliced zucchini, transfer it to a bowl of white vinegar for 5 minutes, and then into the air fryer basket.

  • Lightly sprinkle salt on the zucchini and place an air fryer net/rack/lid of a pot to prevent the slices from flying inside the air fryer. Air fry for 30-35 minutes @ 210F. Note - you may want to spray some oil on the net/rack/lid of a pot to prevent it from sticking.

  • Once done, transfer crispy zucchini chips into a bowl and enjoy at room temp.
