Ingredients

  • ½ lbs Salmon Fillet boneless and skinless
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • ½ Stalk Green Onion chopped, optional garnish
  • Cooking Oil Spray

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Prepare the salmon by slicing it into 1-inch thick strips against the grain. Generously sprinkle salt on the strips.
