Ingredients

  • 4 oz Spam chopped
  • 2 tbsp Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil no flavor or taste
  • 2 Cups Rice rice of choice
  • 2 Sheets Korean Seaweed bite-sized sheets

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Heat cooking oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the chopped onions and sauté for 30-45 seconds until slightly browned.

  • Next, add the chopped spam and cook for 1-2 minutes until it’s nicely seared on the outside.

  • Transfer the seared spam into a mixing bowl, then add the rice and stir to combine. Once mixed, transfer the rice to a serving bowl.

  • Finally, crush the Korean seaweed with your hands and sprinkle it over the rice before serving.
