  • 1 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 3 tbsp Hot Water
  • 1 Cup Milk or milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream

Cream Foam

  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 tsp Sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Combine heavy cream, sweetener and sea salt in a mixing bowl. Use a frother or a hand mixer and beat on high until it reaches a thick and frothy consistency with soft peaks, typically taking about 30-45 seconds.

  • In a cup, combine matcha powder, sweetener and hot water. Whisk together until the liquid transforms into a rich dark green froth with no lumps using a matcha whisk or a frother.
