Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Cold Water
  • 1 tbsp Gelatin 1/4 oz envelope
  • 1 tbsp Matcha Powder
  • 4 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream optional topping

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • In a medium stove-top pot, mix gelatin with cold water until well incorporated. Do not apply heat at this point.

  • Add matcha powder, sweetener, vanilla extract and stir.

  • Place the stove-top pot over medium-low heat until the mixture is just dissolved, then remove from heat. Do not allow it to boil.

  • Strain mixture with fine mesh strainer, pour into your desired mold or dish and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

  • Prior to serving, pour 1-2 tbsp of heavy cream over each jelly dessert and top with optional whipped cream.
