6ozKielbasa Sausagecan substitute with hot links
1tbspCooking Oilneutral, no flavor or taste
1/2CupBell Peppersliced
1/4CupOnionsliced
3Garlic Cloves
1/8tspSalt
1/8tspBlack Pepper
1/8tspCayenne Pepperoptional
Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Cut kielbasa sausage into bite-size pieces, and slice bell peppers, onions and garlic.
In a large skillet or wok, add 1/2 tbsp cooking oil and bring up to temp under medium-high heat. Add in chopped sausage and cook until outside is seared, 2-3 minutes and transfer to a holding bowl.
In the same frying pan or wok, add 1/2 tbsp cooking oil and bring up to temp under high heat. Add in sliced garlic until fragment, around 30 seconds then add in sliced bell peppers and onions. Lightly sprinkle with salt and a little heavier on the black pepper. Cook until soft and desired tenderness is reached, around 2-4 minutes.
Add back cooked sausage, sprinkle optional red cayenne pepper and stir fry until all mixed combined. Transfer to a serving plate.
