Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Slice steak and season with salt and black pepper.
Slice onions, bell peppers and chop green onions.
Combine melted butter, soy sauce, Japanese sake, sweetener, grated garlic, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
Heat a wok or large skillet with oil under high heat. Once the oil is preheated, add sliced onions and bell peppers, cooking them for 1-2 minutes until they are softened.
Place the thinly sliced steak into the pan and cook it for 1-2 minutes until the outside of the steak is browned.
Pour in the sauce, stir well to coat, and cook for another 30-45 seconds. Then, plate the stir-fry and garnish with chopped green onions and optional toasted sesame seeds before serving.
