Ingredients

Shrimp

  • 1 lbs Shrimp peeled and tail on
  • 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Parsley chopped, optional garnish

Sauce

  • 1/4 Cup Mayo
  • 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Clove Garlic grated

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
  • Prepare sauce by mixing mayo, grated garlic, lemon juice, paprika and Old Bay seasoning until well combined.

  • Prepare dry seasoning by combining Cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a mixing bowl.

  • Add the prepared shrimp to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in half of the dry seasoning mix, toss to coat, then add the remaining seasoning and toss again to ensure even coating.

  • Skewer the seasoned shrimp on grilling skewers and grill on a preheated BBQ at 350°F over medium-low heat with the cover closed for 2-3 minutes per side, until the shrimp turns pink. Serve with dipping sauce.
