Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Milk or milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener your preferred sweetener
  • 1 tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.
    Ingredients for gold milk.
  • Using a stove top pot, add milk, sweetener, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, ground ginger, and black pepper. Mix well and heat to preferred drinking temperature on medium low heat. Note - do not let it boil.
