1tbsp Neutral Cooking Oil

Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Prepare, cut and wash spinach as needed.
Finely mince garlic and set aside.
In a large skillet or wok, add neutral cooking oil and bring up to heat on high. Once the oil is preheated, add spinach and cook for 30 seconds while continuously mixing.
After 30 seconds, add garlic and salt, mix/stir until spinach are fully cooked, about 30 - 60 seconds. Top with optional bonito flakes and serve hot.
