Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Green Beans
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil neutral, no flavor or taste
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp White Pepper

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Finley dice garlic and set aside.

  • Cut the ends off green beans and cut into 1/2 pieces.

  • In a large fry pan, add 1/2 tbsp neutral cooking oil along with diced garlic on medium heat. Cook until garlic lightly brown, about 1-2 minutes, and transfer to a holding plate.

  • In the same large fry pan, add another 1/2 tbsp of neutral cooking oil on high heat. Once the oil is preheated, add cut green beans (be careful for the oil splatter). Sprinkle in salt, black pepper, and white pepper and cook for 2-4 minutes or until done to liking while occasionally stirring.

  • Once green beans are cooked to liking, add in toasted sesame oil and garlic chips from step 4), mix well and transfer to serving plate.
