Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Chicken Thigh can sub with chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper to taste
  • 1/16 tsp Togarashi can sub with red pepper
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Stalk Green Onions

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Dice the chicken into bite-size cubes and place them in a mixing bowl. Grate the garlic and add it to the bowl along with salt, black pepper, optional red pepper, and a splash of olive oil. Toss the ingredients well to combine, then set aside.

  • Finely chop green onions and set aside.

  • Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil into a skillet and bring up to temperature. Once the oil is preheated, set heat to medium-high, add in the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes occasionally stirring until chicken is browned.

  • Once chicken is browned, add in green onions, cook for 10 additional seconds and transfer to serving plate.
