Ingredients
1/2lbChicken Thigh can sub with chicken breast
1tbsp Olive Oil
1/4tspSalt to taste
1/8tspBlack Pepper to taste
1/16tspTogarashi can sub with red pepper
2ClovesGarlic

Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Dice the chicken into bite-size cubes and place them in a mixing bowl. Grate the garlic and add it to the bowl along with salt, black pepper, optional red pepper, and a splash of olive oil. Toss the ingredients well to combine, then set aside.
Finely chop green onions and set aside.
Add 1/2 tbsp olive oil into a skillet and bring up to temperature. Once the oil is preheated, set heat to medium-high, add in the chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes occasionally stirring until chicken is browned.
Once chicken is browned, add in green onions, cook for 10 additional seconds and transfer to serving plate.
