Ingredients

12ozNY Steak or Top Sirloin
1tbspNeutral Cooking Oil
1/4tspSalt
1/4tspBlack Pepper
2ClovesGarlic
1Stalk Green Onions
2tbspJapanese Sake
1tbspSoy Sauce
1tbspButtermelted

Instructions
Gather all the ingredients.
Pat steak dry with paper towel and moderately sprinkle salt and pepper. Cut steak into cubes about 1/2 x 1/2 inch and set aside.
Grind garlic with a grinder or garlic press.
Thinly cut green onions.
Combine soy sauce, Japanese sake, grated garlic, green onions and melted butter into mixing bowl and set aside.
In a fry pan, add neutral cooking oil on high heat. Once up to heat, add steaks and cook until outside is seared, about 1-1.5 minutes.
After steaks are seared, add sauce and cook for an additional 15-30 seconds or until butter is melted. Serve over rice and pour any excess sauce on top.
