Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Chicken Bullion
  • 1 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Stalk Green Onion
  • 2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 2 Cloves Garlic

Instructions

  • Gather all the ingredients.

  • Inside a food processor, add cilantro, jalapeno, spinach, green onion, lime juice, garlic cloves and pulse until well combined.

  • In a large frying pan, add olive oil on high heat. Once the oil is preheated, add in cauliflower rice and cook for 2-3 minutes or until preferred tenderness is attained.
